Tower Of Babel
I suppose not being able to speak a common language to achieve a goal would be frustrating, and sometimes, even when we do speak the same language, words (or their absence) get in the way.
I imagined the Tower of Babel just sitting there, balanced, yes - but ultimately unable to reach its destination: heaven.
This is a pencil and colored pencil drawing on 11 x 14” paper, part of the series The Improbable Probability of a Balanced Life.
